Life Memoirs is operated by individual developer 戚蕴杰. Privacy and support requests: 843459929@qq.com. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.
1. Purchases
Use Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple ID used for purchase. Apple handles billing, cancellation and refunds. After account deletion, authorizing again with the same Apple Account can restore an active subscription, the 20-book purchase, and the same reconciliation code; deleted content and consumable credits do not return. The 20-book purchase adds capacity only and does not support Family Sharing.
2. Account and local data
Delete the service account from Settings → Data Management → Delete Account. Complete the second Sign in with Apple confirmation. Export or save any needed external copy first. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel automatic renewal in Apple subscription management only if you no longer want it to renew.
3. Privacy and security
Report the app version, approximate time, feature and a redacted error description. Do not send memoir text, photos, identity documents, tokens, Apple credentials or API keys by email.
